Hi, I’m Olivia H. Marrese. I turn linguistic research findings into actionable insights for companies, whether that is data curation for automatic speech recognition, localization and translation of user commands, or chatbot design (to name a few projects!).
I am currently a Senior Conversational Designer for Quiq, where I design and build best-in-class chatbot and conversational AI experiences across a variety of verticals.
I received my PhD from the Department of Linguistics at the University of Colorado Boulder. In my free time, you can find me on Boulder’s hiking trails in the summer and skiing throughout the Rockies in the winter.
